I find that we have less wasted food this way and it’s nice to get a break from cooking every once in a while. That may sound weird, but I plan my week’s this way so we can use up the leftovers on that extra day, or we have a family night out at a restaurant. I always plan six dinners in my meal plans. It has a place in the lower right hand corner to write in what dinners you will be making each week. This first grocery list uses the same format that I use when I make the weekly meal plans on Meal Planning Mommies. I am sharing two types of grocery lists today. Print as many times as you like, or if it’s better for you, you can pin the picture below making it easy to get back to this post later. Then the PDF can be printed onto an 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper.
